Central Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission, or CARPDC (pronounced carp-deck),   is one of twelve regions in the state that is tasked with providing technical assistance to local governments in the areas of planning and development.  CARPDC works for local governments in Autauga, Elmore and Montgomery Counties by providing assistance with Community and Economic Development, Planning and Housing projects, policies and initiatives.
